The Firm

Built to Protect Your Schedule and Your Reputation

Nipper Construction was created after years of watching projects struggle with avoidable problems, late decisions, unclear scope, fragmented communication, and change orders that appear when it is already too late. Drawing on experience as both a superintendent and project manager, the firm is structured around clear process, honest conversations, and disciplined field execution.

From early budgeting and preconstruction through turnover, Nipper operates as a hands‑on partner to owners, developers, and architects. The team’s goal is simple: deliver commercial projects that open on time, perform as promised, and reflect the vision of the design team and the business behind it.

Our Values

These values guide how Nipper plans projects, makes decisions, and shows up on site every day.
HONESTY

Nipper believes owners and architects deserve direct answers, early risk conversations, and realistic commitments. The team shares good news and hard news quickly so decisions are made with full information.

Transparency

Budgets, schedules, and assumptions are shared openly with clients and key partners. Nipper’s approach reduces surprises by clarifying scope and expectations before and during construction.

Discipline in Process

From preconstruction checklists to frequent look‑ahead meetings, Nipper relies on structured processes that keep projects moving. Consistent planning supports schedule certainty, quality, and safety on-site.

Respect for People

The firm is committed to building a culture where field staff, project managers, design partners, and subcontractors are treated with respect. Understanding what motivates people helps Nipper create environments where teams can do their best work.

Quality and Craftsmanship

Nipper aims to deliver buildings and spaces that perform over time, not just look good on opening day. Attention to detail in coordination, installation, and closeout protects both the owner’s investment and the design intent.

Safety and Responsibility

Safety on site is a non‑negotiable expectation. Nipper works with subcontractors and field teams to maintain safe job sites and a professional presence in the communities where projects are built.

OUR TEAM

Intentionally lean and senior‑led. Clients work directly with experienced decision‑makers who understand both the realities of the field and the demands of owners and design teams.
